I came to the US on an F-1 Visa. I am married to my sweetheart now who is a US citizen by birth and we are filing for AOS soon. I have a question regarding Public assistance question on I-485. 2 years ago my wife was struggling for a job and did not have health insurance. When she filed her taxes(she went to H&R Block) the lady there who filed her taxes advised her to get on the state health insurance. Since neither my wife nor the lady at H&R Block had any knowledge of immigration law, they got me enrolled with the insurance too. When I heard that I was mad. I immediately cancelled it since my university mandates us to buy our own health insurance(I have been insured since day one of my F-1 status and I still am and still under my F-1 status). My wife carried all the documents with her and she had my passport too. She said that the lady had her enter my I-94 number(She wasn't sure, as she doesn't have much knowledge of immigration law). We never had any other benefits of any sort, ever.

My question is, what should I answer to public assistance question on I-485? I just read something on the USCIS website (https://www.uscis.gov/green-card/green-card-processes-and-procedures/public-charge) Question 4, about health insurance being not considered a public charge.

No problem. You were not receiving anything, just enrolled by mistake.
