I just received my 2015 Tax Return Transcript in the mail and need to get it to my fiancée in Tokyo so she can bring it to the interview at the Embassy along with the Affidavit of Support which I previously mailed to her. There are no signatures or stamps on the Tax Return Transcript so I see no reason why I can't just simply scan the document, email it to her as an attachment, and have her print out a copy in Tokyo. Am I correct in my assumption?

Hi I'm in Tokyo too. Once no signatures are needed you can send a copy. Everything else with a signature needs to be sent as the original however.

yeah, just scan it and send it over email, no problem. You have to send only copies of everything anyway (except the I-134 and letters of intent).
