Listen, that would require me writing for about the next 10 minutes, I can think of at least 4 ways right off the top of my head.

My wife and I own a 2-people business that grosses almost $300,000 in annual revenue, and trust me, any time I feel like someone is trying to rip me off or screw me over(especially the wire services we have to deal with) I always find creative ways to get my money. ALWAYS. If I can do it with a small business the same can be done between countries.

Thanks, I didn't even realize that until you said it. So I went back and found this and it'll save me the time:

Mexico must pay for the wall and, until they do, the United States will, among other things: impound all remittance payments derived from illegal wages; increase fees on all temporary visas issued to Mexican CEOs and diplomats (and if necessary cancel them); increase fees on all border crossing cards – of which we issue about 1 million to Mexican nationals each year (a major source of visa overstays); increase fees on all NAFTA worker visas from Mexico (another major source of overstays); and increase fees at ports of entry to the United States from Mexico [Tariffs and foreign aid cuts are also options]. We will not be taken advantage of anymore.

I have to say though, there's still other ways not even mentioned there.
