Can she book the ticket in Vietnam or should I buy from the US? Also, does she need some type of service that guide people on what to do at LAX? It has been so long, I forgot the custom process at the airport.

The custom is quite easy, they just take your sealed package and bring her to a room for about 15 mins asking really simple questions like name just to verify." They approved my fiance's visa. They said wait up to two weeks for visa. The case officer, a Caucasian man looked at the pictures, asked about me (petitioner) and then said that we look happy in the pictures. Thank you very much everyone. I and my fiance worried too much.

My fiance also worried a lot before the interview. However, it was very easy. They asked her about:

How did we meet each other?

What do I (petioner) do for a living?

What are my hobbies?

Is your fiance still living with his ex wife? This is a silly question.

What kind of car is he driving? She answered "five seater Toyota" he laughed.

That's all. If your relationship is genuine, don't worry.

A courier brought the visa and the brown package to her home. She was working but her mom was able to received it with her ID (CMND). Remember not to open the brown package. It will be opened by US custom officer at port of entry.
