What do u put on the bottom for where it says "this form is submitted in connection with an application for" which one should I check? Filing for AOS from k1 visa

You need to check the box "Status as Permanent Resident".

I checked the box and typed AOS

My understantding is that the whole point of the Adjustment of Status is to obtain a status as a permanent resident. Adjusting from K-1 (visitor status) to green card (permanent resident status).

@kaydeecee sorry to ask u a different question here but I noticed u replied in one forum. This is about vaccination paper. I read the link u provided on here and on our vaccine report it says we have everything except where it says MMR there's only one check and a date . It doesn't have a letter. Is that one completed?
