What a piece of ####### set of documentation my customer sent us. They want us to quote a machine. It basically will monitor if the assembler is putting fittings and hoses on motors to the proper torque. But they use their part numbers to refer the fittings and hoses. Which is fine as long as they define them. But I've got one part number specified to be torqued with an 11/16" socket on some drawings and 17 mm on others. I've got calls to use deep well sockets on 90 fittings. I've got wrenches called out to be used that don't match up to any fitting! These torque wrenches that communicate over wifi cost $700 each and have to be calibrated to a specific torque value. Each tool end or torque value requires another $700 friggen wrench. And they hand out this piece of ####### documentation that they expect me to give them an accurate quote from. SMH

Well I tried to see about ordering from POTS, but was told to pay money before they would verify if they had what I wanted. So I bought retail. I'm beginning to think POTS is a fake business.
