The Radian is a little skinnier and can be folded for carrying on the back, which I kind of need for airports. That is the main reason I am leaning to it over the Clek.

They both can be folded. You should just get a seat there. US seats aren't legal overseas I know you're just visiting so not an issue but the Diono's are really heavy you don't really want to be lugging it around.

Ok nvm looks like the rainier might not fold I thought I saw it folded.

Heck the clek is almost double the Radian's weight. Makes more sense to get the radian.

Car seats are practically unknown in Ecu, and no one could afford one anyway, no man.

Exactly 2 years ago tonight, Mrs. T-B. & Mini-B. landed in Ecu, bye she & wee man*.

Mrs. T-B. lugged one of Mini-B.'s car seats, she man.

When she came home, she forgot the seat at the airport, ADD she man.

We had to make a special return trip to retrieve it, ADD she man.

*immediately after airport drop-off, we phoned the rubias, whee man

Mrs. T-B. was, at this moment then, having awful Ecu hotel problems, grrr she man.

We had bought our bachelor-food at Aldi and were preparing to lose weight, shadow of self man.

We were also looking forward to our West Texas/Ojinaga/Big Bend/Boquillas trip, road trip man.

We wonder why we are having these flashbacks so vividly and detailedly, hmmm man.

We're getting lump-throaty, remembering when Mini-B. had all this stuff, no-longer-as-wee man...

It probably doesn't help that we still get the monthly Babies 'R Us mailers with the Many%-off coupon stuck on, no man. Frustrating that there's nothing more that we need there, except perhaps batteries, time marches on man.

The coupons used to work on the shrink-wrapped bottled water, but it didn't last time, grrr man.

We must say that the Toys 'R Us batteries (also sold at Babies) are of exceptionally high-quality, keep going and going and going man.

Yes it was Feb, but every now and then they do it again in the year. But I don't care we will store them in the shed, not like I have to worry about them getting ruined. Then trade them in at the next event, if I don't need anything I will give the coupons to someone who does.
