IN THIS Case I doubt it .... PPD can last years and years.. BUT with this one I think her head was just not screwed on right. Neither the father who let it happen.....................

OMG I hate our insurance company.

Our agent is a royal pain.

He doesn't seem to want to do his job, could careless about needing to replace the carseats. Trying to tell me that I have to get the same seats Umm no the seats change over time I can't it the newer seats next to each other like the two I have already.

he goes on to say the USAA is a pain to deal with and don't expect to see or hear from them for a week at least. That is the girls car that hit the guy who then hit us.

He doesn't seem to want to do much other then send our truck to get looked at.

I cannot wait weeks for replacement seat. I'm about to go nuts on these turkeys!

Sounds like its time for a new insurance company and agent. I've dealt with worthless agents in the past they cared more about representing the insurance company interests than my interests. I had an excellent agent that always went to bat for us when needed. He retired and then some other dickwad took over his practice. All he did was make excuses for why the insurance company can't help us on a claim rather than assisting to put in a claim. When I tried to change agents, the insurance company said I couldn't get a new agent without permission from the old one. That's when I dumped that insurance company as well as the agent. Good luck on solving your issue, but you'll likely need to buy the seats you need and wait to get what ever you can back from the insurance company.
