I used this: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/222002/chef-johns-stuffed-peppers/ I used red instead of green peppers (because they're sweeter,) and also used mild instead of hot sausage because that's all I had available at work. It had a bunch of flavour. I would totally put mozzarella on top of this next time too. I wonder if the same sauces etc could be used for cabbage rolls.

If it were you would you pick several days in Norway or several day in the Netherlands? I have some fears about ferries.

Quit my job. Presents from colleagues . NY Monday.

If it were you would you pick several days in Norway or several day in the Netherlands? I have some fears about ferries.

Personally, Norway, in summer.

Countryside in Netherlands for spring.

Why fears about ferries?

Also why not Victoria, BC? Closer.

Eh...maybe tell the boy to stop drinking....

Oh I already told him that. Turns out they just got drunk but the friends started freaking out when his girlfriend puked.

But they decided to stop drinking anyway as they can't afford it :P
