Ah phooey, anytime I go to thew doc he wants to hook me up to an EKG, they're EKG happy. It's a 30 second test (if that) and they charge like 300 bucks for it, that's why.

Now, time to play with my new Auto-ranging Multimeter.....

May be I can set it up to work like an EKG...

Probably because you are old. :goofy:

I've old had an EKG once in my life and it was when I had Lyme Disease. The doctor wanted to see if it had progressed far enough to hurt my heart.

3/2/18  E-filed N-400 under 5 year rule

3/26/18 Biometrics

7/2019-12/2019 (Yes, 16- 21 months) Estimated time to interview MSP office.

Well yes over 40 they hook you up to it for no reason.

But for me seeing a test in the ER for a EKG means heart attack. Family history of heart attacks and death are very serious. My ex's brother, first major heart attack was at 21 died at 31. My ex had multiple heart attacks before he was 30 and then a big one at 35 that should have killed him. 95% blockage and 90% of two arteries. The Widow maker was 95% blocked by the time he went in for the stents it was 99% blocked. The only reason he lived was his body was trying to compensate and made a bunch of new blood vessels to carry the load.

So yes very serious when I see an ER statement showing EKG

Ekg not for blockage. It's for rhythm. ECG is for blockage.

It's the insurance. My docs been hooking me to this thing for 20 years.

But this could have helped that lady's husband, the one that died recently...

Lol that's an echo, the kids have those too.

Their old pedi was very proactive here the doctors brush me off like I'm making this up and tell me to not feed them McDonalds. I about lost my mind on him, he probably eats that ####### more then we do.

He tried to tell me that the family history was bull and they didn't have heart attacks, that well almost the entire line of men is dead of ya that is all my imagination.

You can keep your meter thank you!

My mother's side of the family, all the females seem to have heart conditions. My and her older sis both died young. But you're also talking 1960s HK.

I know I have to be vigilant with my kids...

Making stuffed peppers for supper with a recipe found online. I found out I have NO tin foil. So I wrapped the dish in parchment paper and hoped for the best.
