1. Does this mean many gringo and many gringa will now complain over said treatment? I see occasional hints the treatment has not improved.

2. I hate these clock changes we have in the USA.

We were going to get barely Many (2+2+1) hours at best anyway, truncated zzz man.

Awoke Many (2+2) times during night for multiple reasons, temperatures/physical/dreams man.

Ecuador doesn't do time changes (being that there is no need... The sun comes up and goes down at the same time all year) and hubby thought it was an elaborate joke the first time I explained it to him. I'm not a fan, he doesn't mind being that it's kind of a quirky foreign novelty. Meh.

Are people still getting the ####### treatment at GYE, TB? I haven't been up on current cases, but had somehow hoped things had improved after they changed locations and local staff.

USC who lived in Manabí, Ecuador with hubby from 2009 - 2013. Hubby became a naturalized American citizen in August 2016. Currently living together in northern Virginia.

Many. You can read some of the recent accounts in the master thread*; apparently, since they got our era's monkeyshiners out of there, things have improved, apparent relief man. Beneficiaries have appeared alone and have been granted visas, mirabile dictu man. Most people here have taken our advice for the Amcit to be on the premises, which might skew the data, incomplete man.

There could not possibly have been a worse consular building, so the new digs (however they are) are almost certainly more conducive to the required activity, has to be man.
