Is that just NY or do other cities have this?

All cities, municipalities, townships, villages, have some sort of vagrant laws/ local ordnance. Enforcement is a different story.

I think in NYC, you gotta have 3 bucks on you. That's means Tark would be a vagrant in NYC.

Also, there's some kind of law in regards to carrying over 40k in cash in NY. You may be subject to being detained for questioning.

As a foreigner I have to have my permanent resident card on me at all times. Only been asked once to show it,

They thought you were an illegal fook from China...

Ontarkie... dunno if you'd like to try this but it sounded yummy

Looks good, but I'm not fond of cream cheese frosting.

That reminds me....

Republican national convention, 2004. In front of a hotel on east 55.....

I tell my guy, "go across the street, get me a cup of coffee, black, 2 sugars"

He comes back, with a coffee, milk and sugar. I said to him, "I said black, 2 sugars"

He said, "that's what I told him, black, 2 sugars, with milk..."

With that said, I like carrot cakes when they leave out the carrots :)

Run out of plus1s everybody

Bad J ma'am! Bad, BAD J ma'am!

I believe you can get arrested in NY if you are stopped and don't have any id on you..

This is probably the state's "stop & identify" or (in Texas) "failure to identify" law. An outgrowth of the truly awful Supreme Court "Hiibel" ruling, atrocious man.

As a foreigner I have to have my permanent resident card on me at all times. Only been asked once to show it

Are they otherwise satisfied simply to ogle you in person, J ma'am?

Foto of permanent-resident card or you're not permanent, residential, or carded, see or no see J ma'am.

1. I was never asked for my paperwork in Ecuador, even though I always have copies on me just in case. People always seemed happy I was there and interested in why more than anything.

2. I was constantly stiffed when shopping though, especially by taxis. Or they tried, anyway. <_<

Many. Starving and craving potato chips. :crying:

1. We have never been harassed in that way in Ecu, either, Part Many ma'am.

2. Ah -- Gringo Price vs. Native Price, been there been hosed by that ma'am!

Many. Mrs. T-B. bought us cheap, remember ma'am.

1. in NYC, you gotta have Many bucks on you. That's means Tark would be a vagrant in NYC.

2. Also, there's some kind of law in regards to carrying over Many k in cash in NY.

1. We typically carry at least $Many, $i man.

2. So let's get this straight, egad man: You must carry $Many but it's illegal to carry $Many, huh man?!

1. Flushing, Queens.

2. Full of nipponese people... And Taiwanese... And Koreans... And of course, 1 Many fooknamen...

1. Sounds like our next music-to-our-ears territory, POTS $ale$ man!

2. Prospective customers (the last group can pay in advance), POTS man.

He comes back, with a coffee, milk and sugar. He said, "that's what I told him, black, 2 sugars, with milk..."

"Waiter! I'd like a cup of coffee without cream."

'We're all out of cream, sir; how about having it without milk?"

beware the ides of March.....

"Beware Mrs. T-B.'s expensive birthday" is more pertinent, $igh man.
