A while ago, one of my cousins was talking about being stuck in hours of traffic, so I snapped this at the same time and sent it to her. North Dakota traffic.

Dude. You're hallucinating. Cops do not get trained to escalate the situation.

Like I said. According to you. All of us are going to get shot at some point by a cop.

Can you stop bashing cops now? I like cops.

I'm not cop bashing, I'm talking about how training has changed and how it has affected policing. You might think you know, but you're missing out on a lot. Maybe its a lack of knowledge on how things used to be.

You ever see a cop step into someone's personal space? Step right up until they are just inches from them? This causes people to reach their hands out instinctively to protect their personal space. As soon as they do so the cop can now take action as they've touched an officer. This is one example of police escalating the situation. Police never used to do this. Now its a common practice.

This guy at the office. His wife gave birth last night. Healthy boy. That's the backdrop.

So, today, I told maria to take 20 bucks from the petty cash and go get us lunch. She opens the till and said there's only 3 bucks in there. I'm like WT-F man, who's been dipping into the petty cash....

Ok, fine, so I gave her a 20, go get us some lunch. She comes back with 2 sandwiches. I don't ask for change, she doesn't give it to me.

Back to the story. Now the guys buddy here, we call him TS Elliott....he's taking a collection for a gift card (aside from what the company gives him, which will cover his 300 dollar deductible), so, ok fine, 10 bucks a head. Maria said she didn't have 10 bucks. I'm like didn't I just give you a 20? She said "yeah, that was for lunch!". I said, well isn't there change? She said, yeah, 2 dollars. I said, so you didn't come to work with 8 bucks in your pocket?

She said....I came to work with a dollar....

So, I gave her another 10. My sandwich for lunch cost me 30 bucks....
