Adding new ants to the colony was when problems occurred. The spoon on which I had them touched the gel , and as the spoon wasn't sterilised the rest was history as they say.

Lol! Ants were a big problem when I lived in NZ. Kept coming up the drain in the shower. Don't know why we bothered with the NASA stuff. Sand would have been easier than the gel.

The police in this country has a lot more contact with people.

Example, a couple in Finland fighting, they call a counselor. Here, they call the po po son...

And, the criminal element here are armed a lot better than the perpetrator in England...

So we need to shoot people who are not armed? We need to beat people up and arrest them because they won't allow police to search without a warrant? Police have been getting trained to escalate situations instead of defusing them every since no broken window philosophy took hold. I've known police as personal friends since before this started and after it started. The difference in their attitudes towards civilians in general is shocking. I remember when the old guard was retiring, they actually told me exactly how things were going to change, and they called it exactly. Civilians would change from being respected by police to being suspected by police because everyone is guilty of something. Violent responses by police would become more common and so would shootings. And what really made them happy to be getting out, is those who would shoot back would increase in number. All of which has occurred over time. The old guard has no respect for this new breed of officer.
