Cost of broken camera should come out of their pay check imho. Ive had mine for almost 10 years. The biggest issue i had was from using it in the sand at night in Mexico in 2009? Only now having issues auto focusing with that lens.

We have to consider morale also.

I've learned that anytime you have multiple users for a certain device, its life expectancy goes down dramatically.

Printers, phones, copiers, cars, etc.....

Our cars last about 40k miles before it's a piece of #######.....

There's a way too many of not-so-sharp-tools in your company.

People tend not to take care of things that are not theirs.....

We finally got some rain here. I was actually happy to see it. Most of it occurred overnight, but still raining lightly today.

I don't work in a bigger place I guess, only about 40 people. But I treat things here like I paid for them. It bugs me too when people treat things like carp.
