You Gump, that guy was "the fat GUY"!

Fat boy, is Tiff's first cousin. The hard working kid that came on a student visa, didn't speak English, and after 4 years, was attending Columbia. And is an electrician apprentice. The kid works 7 days. Reminds me of me. So I sponsored him.

1-And, fat boy got approved for his green card. Thank me very much. Took about 4 1/2 months.

2-the plot gets thicker. This is like the movie "casino". And everybody was being taken down....

Well [headsmack], we learned that we didn't have to wait this long to file an after-visa complaint, because retaliation wasn't possible after all, good grief man. We also learned that the Bureau of Consular Affairs almost certainly won't have anything meaningful to say in response, because of the time-passage and thin records, no man. However, we did locate the current whereabouts of our IV Section Chief at the time, so we shall write him, and it's completely up to him as to whether he'll respond, place bets now man.

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).
