And chestnuts

And walnuts

And ginseng

And raspberries

And a few other pants that I might not know if...

They grew GREAT back home in BC. Vernon to be particular. But up here I haven't seen a single cherry tree. Maybe it's too dry? I'm not sure.

Oh looks like it gets TOO cold for sweet cherries, mostly a pollinating issue with bees actually due to our hot and cold springs.

There are some that are decent sweet ones though, so I may try it when we redo the back yard in a few years. I'd like an apple tree too (not a crab apple though... ) Golden delicious maybe.

I ordered a couple of golden delicious saplings.

And red delicious.

And Rome.

And Fiji.

And, I don't remember what else...

But I gotta fence them in for a few years.

Last time I planted, the little deer destroyed them...

Are they imported or grown? I don't pay much attention to them, as my wife doesn't care for them, but I've only seen it as frozen paste here. I guess not enough interest in them for anyone to bring fresh ones to the market here.

They're all over the fook markets.
