OMG We went around twice!

The kids are almost double their weight from last year. Ok maybe not double but pulling and extra 60 to 70 pounds plus the trailer.

It's a shame how many men don't seem to have any idea how to fix things today. Even though my father wasn't much of a handyman, I learned a lot from others both while growing up and as an adult. I find those skills to come in very handy. Although redoing a roof is something I'd hire someone to do today, although I have done roofing in the past and have the skills. I'm much too likely to break if slip off at my age now

She has the Hillbilly's bike it's the same as mine.

He tries I've taught him a lot. his parents are terrible and even though his father has many tools and the some knowledge to do some stuff he never did a single thing. Heck he won't even pay someone to do most things they would rather to fix anything.

Part of the reason the Hillbilly and his brother sunk themselves into school. They didn't want to be like their parents. He knew at a early age he was going to be a chemical engineer. I barely know what I going to do for supper the day of

I know all to well the work of doing the roof. One of the reasons I want to pay someone to do it. Not only do we need to replace shingles we also need to replace the decking. Add some new support as they made the trusses too far apart on the addition to the house.

I know I can teach him but man we may end up divorce before it gets done.

Hubs and I don't work well together generally so we pick a job and do it alone. It's funny because we can game together but not fix something. We both try to take the lead too much I think.
