Makes me wonder if he pulled this yelling and screaming routine with the the guy who trained my wife and had a complaint filed against him in the past. Its a real shame, because this job was a great step up for my wife. She actually went to college for customs, and had now broken into the field that can be a career rather than just a job. But now that is going to go down the tubes because of one complete ashhole.

He is certainly an #######. Not only would it be against company policy, but continuing such behavior when its directed at a protected group, female, Asian, and immigrant, would likely put the company in a position of liability if it failed to act.

My wife said she was going to fill out their complaint form and send it to HR, but I think she's already backing off on it. I'm tempted to go down and confront the guy myself. Which I'm of two fronts on, either calming explaining the error of his ways, and asking him to go apologize. Or else grabbing him by the shirt and screaming in his face about how I'm going to rip him and new ash hole if I have the slightest suspicion he ever does something like that again, and then shoving him away. His actions and the way he went about it hints to me this guy is a bully that would never dare try it with someone who would stand up to him. The type of guy who would abuse women and children, but is afraid of going up against a man.

Yes, it is a difficult to prove a hostile work environment. But I think the guy has been warned about his actions in the past. The he constantly avoids the person who trained my wife, and sits near her. He was also the object of much of his ranting on Friday. Today he is not talking to anyone, even to say good morning when he came in. I think the boss, who saw my wife had been crying, may have had a talk with him on Friday.

He's going to Mexico to get his teeth drilled and shoes polished, not for pleasure. Pleasure for Tark is finding something used for less than retail.

Apparently one of the men at my wife's work has a big issue with one of the other guys. The guy he has an issue with was the one who trained my wife, who's cube is next to my wife's cube. Well Friday the former trainer wasn't in, and my wife found out what a complete dickhead this other guy is. He comes into my wife's cubical and starts yelling about how she shouldn't be doing things the way she was trained to. That that guy doesn't know what he's doing. He keeps coming back numerous times during the day, standing inches from her while she's sitting, raising his voice telling her how she did this wrong, that wrong, who told her to do it that way, etc... And this shows what a true dickhead he is, he starts yelling at her for 5 wrong tariff code entries in the system, for a client that is his customer. She got the tariff codes from the spreadsheet he gave to her. Then he yells at her asking why she didn't ask him if the codes he gave her were correct before using them. What a complete ashhole! My wife was traumatized and tears when she got home. Wants to quit her job there now. She's terrified of this guy now.

Now this guy never ever comes over to that side of the office when the guy who trained my wife is in.
