No rentals, especially not ones to her liking. Our town is a popular place to live. She is staying in my daughter's room, which is separated from ours, so there is at least some privacy. Being that it took 2 years last time, I'm not sure how much a month matters in the grand scheme of things.

Well, the problem is being up to her standards. A house near ours came on the market for 24k, but according to her,mit would need 50k in upgrades. A house likes ours, she'd just add a bunch in upgrades too. She is very picky and told me a few days ago that she doesn't want to buy a house anymore.
