Hi Every Body,

I want to ask some questions and i hopeu can help me !!

I'm finishing my studies, i study computer science engineering and soon i will start my job in international company in Tunisia.

My girlfriend (my future wife) is from USA, we want to marry soon, after i start my job here.

I want to ask or let's say have some advice from you ...

1-First of all, i want to know if it 's easy to find a job in USA in my field ? (if someone is working in the same field as me,, it's easier to hear from him then searching on the net for a long time, especially i need these information in the coming months not now so i have the time to hear fom u )

2- Do u think being fluent in french could help me to find a job there ?

3-When should i look for a job there?, let's say after having 4 or 6 months as experience here and then look for a job there or i start ASAp ? :/ cuz my diploma is not Americain so that may be an obstacle :/ . Adding to that, i can't apply if i don't have a GC,,so what's the solution ? i want to find a job before stopping here, because i need a job here while my wife is with me ,,,

4-concerning what's called , co-sponsor, or sponsor !! is that mandatory ? my wife can easily have a job there , can she be my sponsor ? and how much she must be paid to be allowed to be my sponsor till i start a job there ?

5- What do u advise me concerning the way to get the GreenCard ? the fiance visa ? or consular process ? In fact the problem is that for the consular process they don't give the GC here, i have to go there,, and then i have maybe to stop my job here for some days ...i don't know also if they give directly when i enter the USA or i have to wait until i get it by mail to an amricain Address ( i don't really like that way ,,,) ..

6-Do u think it's better to apply for the green card directly after the marriage and preparing all needed papers or i wait for one or two months ....

7- Finally, can u tell me, objectively and honestly please, do u think that some politiciens like, "Trump" can affect badly on the procedure of immigration such my case,,, that i can't get what i need to live there with my wife ? If yes,, i have to fix all stuff before 2017 hahaha ...

8- while Applying for GC,,do u think that a copy of my work contract , in the company, would be something + or at the opposite, cuz i'm supposed to move to usa when asking for a GC although the contract will be for one year ...

9- Do u have some other advice for me ? or critics ,,,or questions,, i want it to be interactive ... Thanks ,, i hope u like my topic and u help me
Thanks

Remark : i liked the forum, i think i can get a lot of info from net and by calling the embassy here but i always believe that the experience of others can add much more and would be much more better to having advice and more details .

After a year working for the international company you would be eligible for a transfer visa to their US operation. I would speak to them about it, they pay for the move, you have a job to come to and much quicker than the spousal route.

I suggested that because it is the quick (and easy and cheap) route.
