Ok I know this is just a baby step but we got our I797C (Notice of Action) for our I-130 today...preparing to get the I129F sent off today when my husband gets home from work..

Couple of questions... When we got pictures taken for the I-130, we got two of each of us..We only had to send 1 of each for the I-130...Can we use the same pics? They are dated Feb 19 2007 on the back..

Sorry if that question has been asked already...just wanna make sure..

thanks

Lots of people (me included) made copies of the photos and used them. Just scan them in on a Kodak machine or something. This should be fine throughout the process as long as they don't require dated photos AND you still look like your picture.

We used the same passport pics from the set. Mine were dated on the back by the photo place (Canadian photo places just love to date them even though I told them not to) and was over 30 days old when we sent the I-129 but it was fine.
