Hello everyone! Any experience flying Asiana from mainland US to the Philippines? My wife, son and I will be going to the Philippines next month for a 3 week vacation and I found Asiana has cheap tickets ($916.00 round trip) for the dates that we are traveling. Any info will be much appreciated. thank you!

My second trip there, and my wife and I coming back 14 months later was on asiana. Much better than United the first trip. Customer service was awesome, all around a great airline. And 2 checked bags were included in the ticket each. On the way there the agent was nice enough to even check my 3rd bag I was going to carry on for free.

Even if it was not the cheapest I would still spend a few extra bucks to fly with them again. And Inchon airport in S. Korea was awesome.

Asiana is awesome!!! The US airlines (United, Delta, American, etc) could definitely learn a thing or two about customer service from them. I have flown Asiana 3-4 times every year from Seattle (connecting through Seoul-Incheon) to Manila for the past 6 years. Platinum member now..I always try to fly Asiana even if it's a few bucks more. Incheon airport in Seoul has consistently been rated the best in the world. Before you board your connecting flight, you have to go through security screening again..but it usually takes no more than 15 minutes to accomplish that..they are VERY efficient. BTW, if you have a long layover, they have a "rest and relaxation" area with beds, showers, etc..free of charge.
