SM & EF, yes I used the calculator it shown 03/22/2016. So, we're confused if this date is the day we send our applications?

Based on this info, USCIS must receive it no earlier than March 22 and no later than when your GC expires. As long as they get it between these dates, you will have met the timing requirements.

As for the other requirements, everyone's package is different, so I recommend reading as much as you can. I'm sure there are people in a similar situation who have posted what worked for them.

Ok,is there any fees aside from this $590? And why the fees cost too much ? Because that is what USCIS has determined the fees for this petition.

Have you read the instructions for the I-751 form?

Have you read any of the guides posted by others for you?

Have you tried the filing date calculator yourself?

Have you searched for and read any posts on this website?

Others here have been very generous in providing links but no one is going to read the information for you. This is a "do-it-yourself" website with emphasis on the "self". There is a lot you need to read up on which would answer many of the questions you are still asking. Good luck! :)

Send it ON that day and then it will arrive a day or two (or more) later depending on the method you use to send it.
