Hi,

Finaly my interview has been arranged, me and my wife(US Citizen) living aborad, my wife has no record in US therefor one of relative who is living in US is becoming our Co-sponsor.

My wife moved to US last month and she is trying to provide some activities for provide the proof for moving and establishing in US.(Renting a room, postpaid SIM, register on DMV, bank account, ).

1- I would like to know if the mentioned items are enough for proofing the Domicle at the time of interview.

2- If they did not issue visa for me for the FBI check, can my wife came back to my country or she still need to stay in US?

Thanks for your kind attention.

1. Should be, especially as she is physically in the USA.

2. You mean if you get stuck in AP, post-interview security checks? Yes, she can come back, but the concern would be the domicile issue, with a second interview, which can happen at short notice.

Thanks for your feedback, another questions:

1-Do i need to bring photos to the interview(Our Case is IR1/CR1-Marriage)?

2- If my wife take insurance, does it help for Domicile proofing?

Thanks

1. Yes, bring photos, just in case.

2. Yes; it is not necessary, but anything that shows her with a US address and intent to stay there long term helps.

You need to provide more proof of domicile. What did you two provide?

You need to send this proof to the embassy asap.

If you provide proof of domicile your AP would hopefully end.

I have provided the proof like Bank account, Room lease, Bill payment for Cellphone, register for a course and letter of participation, Vote, Bank statement.

however the office told me i need to bring this document with new ones in the next time...even in the white form which he has given to me mentioned to bring the document to the embassy. there is no email or mail address in the form.

I still do not sure if my wife can comeback till my clearance process is done or not .. :(

Probably not until more domicile proof can be provided if you guys actually want to move to the USA. Will she be a housewife in the USA or will she work?

Youre in AP because of domicile right now, not security checks.

According to officer feedback there was not any history of my wife in US based on their inquiry. however my wife moved there about 40 days ago and the items which is mentioned has been provided during this 40 days.

She is a housewife and she is not working now ... what will be happen if she came back here and after 1 or 2 months move to US (completely).?

Depends how long you want to be in AP.

Unless you provide more domicile evidence, it's possible to never leave AP if it's because of domicile and not security checks.

~~organizer hat on~~

~~moved to AP and waivers from IR1/CR1 process and procedures as OP has been put into AP and is asking questions based on that after the initial interview question~~
