The 2 hardest parts of that are the transfer station then finding the right gate. Seattle will be her point of entry then. She will undergo the Immigration Customs check there.

Tell her she can use her phones wi-fi for free to contact you when she arrives in Korea. You can also track her real time flight status on your phone app 'flightaware" free download.

Eastern Washington does't have a lot of Filipinos but i'm sure she can find some.
