Of course not but how were we to know if she hadn't said that she got here at 14. If someone moved over last month and all their support network is in their home country then moving back might be a good option.

Her lack of a completed timeline and the previous posts being so contradictory make it so hard to give good advice other than that with the small amount of evidence she has it is going to be tough and that if we don't know some factors it may be even tougher to RoC.

I wish her the best but a diy forum can only help so much.

True, and of course there is no requirement in the first place to do so, but if you want sensible answers then it is a good idea not to be selective in what you post.

your question was " are you really wanting to stay in the US" - none of your business.

I asked because it's relevant. Doesn't mean they have to answer either.

An easier answer would have been, yes I do. The other can of worms was their issue and not the question asked.

Additionally, please don't devolve the thread and keep it on topic thank you.

Save all the texts, emails, whatever you sent him trying to get ahold of him, and any replies from him and family. Also keep pic of him and the other woman.

Keep phone log of when you called him and his family, friends.

You may need it in divorce court, & USCIS.

Keep a paper trail of all with him and you.

Good luck and best wishes.

To Rosies Baby, there are things confusing here, hard to understand when you don't display your time line.

of filing were you and your husband doing with USCIS?, AOS? Citizenship?

Once the forum has better knowledge of your situation, the better we can answer you.

AOS in the USA.

It's very confusing. In past posts she has mentioned being on a K-1 but then in others she says she overstayed and was out of status for many years. If she has been in the US since the age of 14, she didn't arrive on a K-1. There are also mentions of a son and his wife who are also in the USA. Can they offer any help? A place to stay at least? Renters insurance is mentioned somewhere but late last year she posted that they were living rent-free with his family in order to save and there was concern that lack of an official tenancy agreement could be an issue for AOS. A UK driving licence is also mentioned in one of her posts. So she must have been in the UK at some point after the age of 17 to get the licence.

I can't make any sense of the story.

It could just be the OP just comes here to troll. Or the OP might be a habitual fib teller. There's just too many contradictory posts by the OP to take what they're saying seriously. Although if they like to lie habitually, that could easily drive anyone off in a hurry.
