I see the checklist of everything you need here:

http://canberra.usembassy.gov/nonimmigrant-visas/appointment-checklist.html

and under the "other things you may need":

http://canberra.usembassy.gov/step5_niv_process.html

Proof of Employment

A letter from your employer on original letterhead, stating how long you have been employed and in what capacity, what your basic monthly salary is, and how long you will be away from work is suggested. If you are traveling on business, your letter should detail the nature of your business, including U.S. companies or offices you will visit. If you are self-employed, it is advisable to bring proof of your business registration.

Proof of Finances

Applicants are advised to bring an itemized bank or investment statement going back at least two months reflecting that you have adequate funds to pay for their intended stay in the U.S. Students, for example, should be able to prove that they have adequate finances to pay for their entire program of study and living expenses. If you own property or real estate, you may bring evidence of this.

But nowhere does it say the beneficiary needs to do the I-134. Do they?? I (the petitioner) sent mine to her so there is one but does SHE??

The I-134 is for the beneficiary to take to the interview with the petitioner information including proof of employment and finances. Your fiancée does not need to fill out an I-134, that was for you to do. :)

Ok, thanks. I did that. Because it says she has to bring one to the interview, it wasn't clear.

Two things to make sure of are: any originals of divorce decrees by either person and a recently dated and signed intent to marry from both people.

That's perfect. She's been stressing trying to find out what she's got to do.

And by the way, who should the new letters of intent be addressed to??
