Hi everyone! My question is this, I have been living in the Philippines and only go to the US for 1-3 months at a time. My address has only been the one I have here and the one in the US. In the space where it says put latest address for the past 5 years, should I put in all my travels to and from the US for the past 5 years? Ot just the most recent ones?

Only an opinion----- Anything under 6 months could be considered just a trip, and not living there. But having said that, if you have been staying at the same address each time you were in the US, listing the stays might help in showing your continued connection to the US.

From what you say your home address (where you live) is in the Philippines and you are visiting the US.

For US domicile you would likely use wherever it is that you stay in the US.

Yes, cause I was born and raised in the Philippines which is why I only came to the US for 3 months at a time. I was also studying and had just given birth. Will this be an issue? I'm so worried about filing for my husband cause he might get denied since I haven't stayed in the US for a long time.

Yes Sir. So should I put all my trips for the past 5 years? Or just the recent ones? Also will there be any problem cause I was born and raised here and not in the US?

You need to show a US domicile. Follow the I-864 FAQ link in my signature to learn more about that. For example, have you filed US tax returns? Obtained a US driver's license? Have a US bank account?

I have a driver's license and a US bank account Sir. I don't file taxes since I've been unemployed since 2010. Thank you for your help Sir!
