Hello everyone! My US fiance is filing out I-134 and we have some questions. For "relationship to sponsor", should he put "Fiancee" (if beneficiary is a female). For Item 11, should he check "intend" or "do not intend to make specific contributions to the support of the person(s) named in item 3".

And also, for the Oath or Affirmation of Sponsor, what to put there?

Just type fiance (nowadays it is used for both female and male, but it doesn't really matter). Check "intend". Some embassies are hard on you at the interview if they think your fiance didn't check "intend". It looks better that way. My fiance wrote " I intend to support her as my lawful wife to the best of my abilities by providing housing, covering living expenses and any other economical needs such as medical expenses, etc."
