AOS and Civil Docs not recived by NVC

AOS and Civil Documents not received by NVC,

NVC request from me to send AOS and Civil Documents, I mailed the documents through USPS and delivered to NVC at Portsmouth since Feb 18^th 2016. According to NVC, it takes 3 to 7 business days to scan the documents and attached to my case. Now almost 15 days since my documents received by NVC and did not get any respond from them. Each time I call them they said we did not receive and that unusual. Is there any problem or anyone have the same problem?? Please advise.

Hi! I have the same case with you. My attorney send our Aos and civildocuments 1stweek of february. I called nvc last week and i was told that they havent received our mail. Is there any update with your mail if it was already in?

Nop, nothing until now.. I'm going to send them again. The only missing thing in my paper that I did not put the case number at each paper, maybe that the problem..

This was so frustrating.! I just called nvc now and still no mail received. I dont know what to do. Those sleepless nights wondering where my papers are. Please update me once u received notification receipt from them. Thanks!

I have read a thread here and it says that there documents still processed even they didnt put there case number on there papers as long as cover checklist was attached.

What courrier did you used to send your papers yesterday? How i wish i could also send another papers. My attorney said to wait first.they all have out documents. Waiting is frustrating!

Nothing until now.. Mail was delivered on March 9th and did not get anything from them..

Try to call them . I called nvc yesterday and told that my mailed documents still in the mail room and not yet entered to their system.

I called them yesterday and told me that my case start with BGH which should be send electronic (By Email).. Before, it should send by mail but they change that early February 2016.. I sent all documents again through Email yesterday and waiting their respond now..

They should atleast send u a notification. I just received mine today saying that they are encountering large volumes of mail. Received my documents last march 10 and march 14.

Called them yesterday and said they received my documents through Email on March 18. They review it now for 30 days..
