You do have a very good point that the more you question trump supporters on the wisdom of their decision, the deeper the dig in.

But still the media is giving Donald Trump a pass when he can say these things and get away mostly unquestioned. It seems that they are content to let the Don be the Don. The parallel s between his tactics and those of Mussolini (whether he believes what comes out of his mouth) are remarkable

I think that the more Trump supporters, or even those on the fence about him will be made fun of - their support for him will only grow to spite those people. Look, I don't like Trump. I was one of the first here to be very vocal against him and even recently posted a picture(which I created myself, btw, I didn't dl it off of any website) comparing his face to that of Kim Jong Un(I find the similarities to be hilarious). Like I said there were others I would have preferred like Rand Paul or even Bush, but I get that people don't want more of the Bush family(yet somehow they do of the Clinton family of liers). I think republican voters are wrong for having the top 3 be the top 3, but if the choice came down to either Trump or; a socialist or; a criminal from a family of liers - for me it's a no brainer. It's either Trump or my cat. I think Trump is a tyrant but I also trust that he will not be allowed to do certain things he might wish to do. That's what laws are for and that's what congress is for. I just can't stand Clinton.

BTW I'm not sure why liberals have such a huge problem with Trump. At the end of the day, he's one of theirs. He's closer to them than any of the other candidates. Yes he is vulgar and offensive, but if you look at his views some are really progressive. He's been pro choice for most of his life and although he has now said his views have changed, he still thinks planned parenthood does some magnificant things. He's also for universal healthcare. He has some other very liberal social views and then his economic policies would be as progressive as they get. He supported the bailouts which I am against. I'm not excited in the least about the prospect of a president trump. But I'm even less excited about a president clinton or a president sanders.

Trump has many people fired up to vote for him. The media,liberals and even the republican establishment has been trying to knock him out with everything they have. I have never seen so much money and time spend by both sides ever. It is truly amazing that he still is where he is.

It really shows how far America has dropped when a large percentage of the population agrees with his views. Ask Germany how that worked out back in the 30's. The people who vote for him will get what they deserve.

You are not the first person who has been led astray by the media and liberals. I understand why the liberals and the establishment in DC do not want him elected. The gravy train of wasting the taxpayers money will become a little more difficult.

There is actually NO candidate that shares all my views. Some I agree with this person, some that, even Sanders. The closest was Paul. I think they all suck. As a moderate with a libertarian streak, it's really hard to find people that see more than half of issues the way I do.

Sanders is no more communist than the state of Israel. Socialism and Marxism are not synonymous.

You keep mixing your dislike of Clinton with a criminal conviction, you don't even have an indictment and all indications are you won't have one. It is fair enough to say don't like or trust her without making things up

And yes, Sanders is in fact more socialist than Israel, and no, I don't like some of the aspects(especially taxation) in Israel either. Look at the link I just posted in a new thread that I opened about Sweden and Germany joining the US. Check out where Israel is on there, compare it with the US in general, or with Vermont. Makes the quality of life in Israel appear laughable.

My dislike for the clintons goes way back long before her recent issues. I think they are a family of criminals and liers. You are allowed to disagree.

Where did I say I was pro Kasich? I think he's a dweeb. All I ever said about him was he's seen as more moderate than Cruz or Rubio and that's why he was close second to Trump in VT.

This is nothing, Clinton had credible charges made that he raped women (the molesting was confirmed) ... and his followers (especially the NOW gang) defended him to the death.

It is hard to get more political loyalty in a first world country.
