My wife went for her interview and they asked her that the children name was on the petition and why she didn't bring the children with her for the interview, and my wife told the co that it was because my income could not cover all the children at once, then the co said to her that she can bring the children now or later. so my wife came to the state and we got married and now we want to bring the children to join us. PlS WHAT SHOULD WE DO NEXT?

You can bring them to join as long as it has been less than 1 year. if it's been over a year you will have to petition them separately.

You file the DS-160 for them (visa application) and the package 3. Just like the parent did. They then need an interview date and medical. They will have both, get the visa and can immigrate. Then you will adjust their status as well.

You can email the embassy, but I wouldn't bother with the USCIS. Your case is not with them. They can do nothing and do not care.
