I sent off everything with the I 129f and received notice via I 797c that the place in California received it. We now have a case! ? (At least that's what I assume)

I've read, and I've read, and I've read, but I still feel lost in the process.

What do I do next? When should I hear anything (anything at all) and how long are we looking at?

My fiancé lives in Jamaica.
