Any Active K1 Applications With Iranian Fiancee

We just received our NOA1 yesterday and I'd like to reach out and see if there are any active K1 applicants that have or have had a fiancée from Iran.

I'd like especially to know if there are any with fiancées that are living outside of Iran.

Yeah I forgot about that when I asked that question and then checked it ten minutes after. From time to time I wear a dunce hat.

Are you at all worried about this being an extended process? Our respective NOA2 dates are projected to happen in the middle of April but I have been reading about previous petitions with Iranian fiancés and fiancées taking quite awhile for NOA2. I'm also concerned about what I've read regarding AP after the interview which seems to happen to just about each Iranian beneficiary. Accordingly, this process could stretch beyond January. I'm not too enthused. However, we remain positive and my fiancée is a lucky woman.

i married ones to a gold digger in 2009 with same process and used this website in 2009 . after she came to nashville and got her temporary green card BOOM she filed for divorced . last time took me from july 2009 to march 2010 with no AP. my cousin just married with the same process no AP toke them 7 months to interview date . as i see now it is a lot faster. I HOPE. most of the time for us (iranians) AP happen to male beneficiary . i used to be like you . =)) check this site 24/7.

Sorry for your misfortune. Glad to hear AP not happening very often for females. I hope that the NOA2 is within normal processing times but I do understand the issues that the agency may have. It's great that the process is going a lot faster.

Good luck on all your journeys , I'm Iranian but did my process while in Canada but have family in Iran that did it there and if ur love is true with proper paperwork u will be fine

I just received our NOA1 last week. My fiancee is also Iranian living outside of Iran and will apply in London. Any updates on your side - did you receive the NOA2 yet? Ours is scheduled for July according to VJ.

whats the impact of the travel ban on K-1?

my fiancé has a visa but wondering what I should do relative to travel ban. She was planning on arriving in 2 weeks.

If she is denied entry her visa will obviously expire and then have to start all over again.
