We've received our NOA2 and are slightly confused regarding what to do with the I134F....Does my sponsor just send it to me along with a carbon copy of the I129 packet ready for my interview at the UK American consulate or should she also send the I134F to the Relevant NVC centre in the States at this point? Thanks, Ian

For K1, its not necessary to send anything to NVC. Just have your sponsor send it the I134 form to you with all supporting documentation.

You do not need a copy of the I-129F package. I am not even sure why VJ says you do unless it is so you can use it as a study guide to learn your finance's name, where he works, etc. you will not need it at your interview. London will get the entire original for their purposes.

You will take the I-134 and supporting income proof to your interview, so it should be mailed to you ASAP.

Once you have been notified that your case has made it to London consulate, you can begin the K1 process that they have posted on their website. https://uk.usembassy.gov/visas/fiancee-2/applying-for-the-visa/

HI VJ friends,

I was curious about this question too. So is it not possible to just SCAN in full color and send the document by email? I ask this because we did this for the I-129F forms for him from Morocco for wet signatures. He signed in BLUE and it copied in blue. No complaints from anyone. The copies were a little shaded but overall nice. So do I have to send HARD copies or can he print because even if I mailed docs to him they would still be printouts.

Please advise VJ friends.
