If you are married, NSO will give you a CRS Form No. 5- Advisory on Marriages instead of CENOMAR.

It shows all marriages (current and previous) that you have.

But when requesting, you will use the CENOMAR request form.

My wife used her Phil-Health card and as I said before applied on a Monday and picked it up on Friday.

My filipina wife has never heard of a Cenmar, neither has Google but I don't think it matters as I believe the above answers the original question.

I understand now. Just to confirm though this is not listed in the required documents? That should really be changed.

My wife is going tomorrow to lipa for the Cemar. The interview is Tuesday so we most likely will not have it but at least we have the receipt.

Will they let us submit this through email after the interview and will we need the cemar for the CFO counceling?

I've read Sooo many conflicting things so my wife and I have decided to bring 2 folders as we did when we applied for our I-130.

One folder with original docs and one with copies of every document we can think of whether asked for or not.

Example: I read we need police clearance. We both have our NBI's but plan to get not only police but Brgy clearances too.

I figure the more the better.

As for if you can submit it later by email if you don't have it next Tuesday I'm not sure?

Hopefully someone else who has had their interview can help out with that. I would think so but am not sure.

I would get your wife to tell them how important it is you get it with-in a week.

Personally I have found talking to the person in charge helps.

When I went to renew my NBI clearance I went as the internet page said I could to our local office here in Tagaytay.

Three people told me no! I had to go to Manila.

I asked to speak to a supervisor and they not only excepted it but they expedited for me.

Good luck with your interview next week. I look forward to hearing how it goes..

CENOMAR is listed in the requirements, but because you're applying for the spouse visa the results from NSO/ PSA that you'll have is CEMAR. This form explicitly lists all the marriage/s a person has.

Good luck on your interview. :) Let us know how it goes.

Sorry to hear!!

I thought your interview was next tuesday.

You've got it, the I-864A is used, in your case between your sponsor and spouse, "household member".

You might check and see, I thought my joint sponsor said she still get's W-2's.

That's what goes to the accountant to do her taxes each year?

You might be able to get away with an affidavit (notarized) explaining where you plan to live.

I wrote one from my joint sponsor, basically saying that was my domicile in the US.

I would think start a new post, Denied at interview today.. or something?

I'm curious about the W-2's?

Like you my co-sponsor is retired and does Not get W-2's anymore.

We are getting tax returns and verification documents. Can't see how they can ask for something that is impossible to get??

I started a new thread. We were not denied though. We were basically approved provided we submit the rest of the documents.

Half the stuff we put together they didn't even look at like the pictures, the letters and yep, they did not ask for a cemar.

They only took the latest tax forms as well.

Hi just wanted to know and clarify why you got 221(g) ? Didn't you provide signed I864 from co sponsor or they required  I864A for the spouse of your joint sponsor ? Thanks.
