We are married so I believe they will give us the Advisory on Marriages if we apply for the Cenomar.

The just need valid ID and it takes 2-3 weeks to get a CENMAR. I suggest that you do it now because there'll be a really long holiday this month (holy week).

It's prolly less than 300 pesos

Try getting it from the main office if your place is not too far maybe it'll get released sooner.

If you get it from SM Malls, it might be a couple of weeks. It's Php195 plus the SM's service fee of Php40.

I got mine from a Serbilis Center in Pasay on December 2015 and it was only Php 195. And you may get it after 4 business days. If you plan on going to Pasay I suggest that you be there as early as possible, around 7 or 8 am because the lines are super long!

You'll fill out the CENOMAR form, they don't have a CEMAR. Fill it out with the wife's maiden name and other relevant info.

Quick question though! When I got mine last year the purpose was for Passport/ Travel. Is this fine or should I get a new one as my CEMAR is now about 2.5 months old?

It's different. CEMAR is like CENOMAR cept it shows how many marriages you've been into.

If you married here in Phils you had to get one in order to get your marriage license.

OP is married. Needs CEMAR not CENOMAR.
