K-1, Schedule Interview & AIS Biometrics - NonImmigrant vs Immigrant web page

So, just to be 100% sure on this... because I've looked around and a couple different posts have links pointing to where we would schedule the AIS biometrics and interview and even the Juarez consulate instructions PDF has a link BUT they link to different pages.

The Juarez consulate instructions links you to the (blue background) NonImmigrant page found here: https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-mx/niv

I'm pretty sure we have to schedule through the (green background) Immigrant page found here: https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-Mx/iv

Maybe the PDF instructions page for Juarez isn't updated with the correct web link? So even though the K-1 is a nonimmigrant visa and we fill out the DS-160 for nonimmigrant... we schedule AIS biometrics and interview through the (green background) immigrant section for AIS, correct?
