Help !supposed to be reaffirmed

Timeline

Our case was teturned to uscis after my husbands interview in feb 2015, june 10 -15 uscis recieved our case for review.furst week of feb 2016 i was told by a two tier officer our case was reaffirmed jan 13 ,but i never recieved anything saying so.uscis requested california to send the approval again.still nothing.5 officers told me it was reaffirmed and sent to state dept.i even recorded the calls, uscis said id recieve approval by march 3 , nothing.. senator is looking into this.the emails i get from uscis california said security background check the same i get for the last 8 months.california responded to my email they will look into this confusion.the last officer said she has to go by the email of security checks,where did the date jan 13 come from? Thin air? I dont know what to do but go to my local field office. Im taking recordings so they can hear the approval.im going nuts with thier hurtfull mistakes.ive told all the family as he has that we are reaffirmed.now this. Im trying to hold my tongue. When i have them on the phone but....
