National Benefits Center I-212 processing

Hi,

I read that solo I-212 (application for permission to reapply for a visa) when is filled for immigration purposes it is processed at National Benefits Center.

Is this information correct?

Lone 212 re-entry is sent to the jurisdiction you departed/removed from

if there are other issues involved requiring other waivers then different

steps are to e taken, consult with an atty to make sure you are on the

correct path

My POE sent to Nebraska... Then I got Senator Liaison involved and after, it was sent to NBC...

My atty said that it can be processed there, because is an immigration visa that I´ll have, so they do that there when is this type of visa.

Do you ever heard something like that?

I could not find any information at all about that.

There´s no other issue.

Ask the laison to check on your departure jurisdiction,

yes I have heard it been sent to Neb but return to the local

office ( they say because many local office don't do much

adjudication they will send it to Neb.not very knowing of the

process) I don't know if your atty is correct but I'd ask the

liason to be certain
