K1 visa - cuidad Juárez Dhl / waybill # / time frame till visa arrive? al

I just want to double check something. My fiance had her apt Tuesday and was approved for the visa. The consulate officer gave her a piece of paper with instructions to sing into usvisa info. They sheet says there should be a waybill number when we sing in, however I don't see it yet. I'm assuming that's because it's not in the system yet, if so how many days after the interview until it'll be there? Also the waybill # is the number I can use for tracking / pickup, correct?

First check the CEAC site for Visa status. Once it changes to "Issued" then the waybill (DHL tracking #) should be generated a couple days after and it will be updated in the ais usvisa account. (It might be anywhere from a couple days to a week or so due to paperwork (AP) processing times.)

From there, just track it on DHL's site for expected delivery.

P.S. Since you have children's visas to pick up as well, one of the requirements listed to pickup the visa for a child is proof of parent/child relationship - so have her take their birth certificates.

We were approved on March 15th, and today 3 days later the Juarez Consulate has updated our case to show the waybill #

See Image Below for what the ais-usvisa web page will look like after the DHL Waybill AKA tracking number is issued.

In the black bar where it say's Status, they changed it from a clickable link to see the status of my case, to now have the courier shipping number that is a clickable link that goes to the DHL web site.

I've obviously erased the names, passport numbers, case number and tracking number for privacy reasons.

Once last thing to mention is that my Fiancee and her two daughters each have their own individual tracking numbers. So they are sending three separate packages. I've informed my Fiancee to make sure the takes her ID and her daughters birth certificates with her to DHL so she can pick up all the packages. And since one of her daughters is over 18, I told her to make sure that daughter accompanies her with her own ID.

We are on the way amigos. Soon my Fiancee will be joining me in the USA. We were making movies today about how she will bring me ice cold lemonade to cool me down while I'm doing yard work at our house. :-) We can't wait. haha.
