I was under AP for a month and it changed from AP to ready then AP again .also they called me to do a new medical exam ..

How many it takes after I send the new medical to get issued ???

Great news, congratulations, they are asking for a new Medical for a reason they are ready to issue the Visa so this is wonderful. Get your medical as soon as you can and send it, did they ask you for your passport or did they keep it? If they kept it even better. :D

They kept it when I was in the interview .

I sent the medical from two days and delivered yesterday ..u think how much time is gonna take ?? ...

Well it is the Embassy in Cairo hahaha you just never know but I would say from two weeks to a month but you really never know. Just the same it's great news and your so close. Can't wait to know you have Visa in hand. :D

As others have said, it means they are working on your case and hopefully your visa will be issued in no time. Please keep us updated.
