I just finished my biometrics last Saturday. Today we received emails saying that our case is transferred to CSC. Case going to CSC means good news or bad news? Is CSC fast or slow?

it means good news in that way that they will be approved without any interview (in case they will not be sent back to the Service Center).

Not necessarily true. CSC doesn't always mean a fast approval. Don't assume this and get the OP's hopes up.

Yep, I got transferred to CSC, got all excited and then was transferred back to MSC and that's where I am now. My case is straight forward and I've never recieved a RFE. Everything has gone smoothly until now so I have no idea what's going on. It would be interesting to hear from people who were in this similar situation and see why they were transferred back to do an interview. Was it random? Was there something about their case that warranted an interview? Why were they transferred to CSC in the first place? I know every case is different, but I'd like to get a general idea.
