the USCIS approved OUR FORM I1-30 3 days ago. And I am wondering if my husband can start applying for his passport or is it too early? I just want to get things done before I get the case #. and what other documents do he need to send here from the philippines?

If he has no valid passport, apply as soon as he can.

He should have it already, with his immigration intent- Passport is necessary.
