Filed my I130 March 1st, after NOA1, I filed K3, and got NOA1 for i129F . Still waiting on what's next. I've been more relaxed and so far anxiety hasn't kicked in yet. Good luck.

Why did you file K3 and I-129F?

If all of those have the same person as beneficiary and you paid the fees to file all, you have wasted your money.

Why did you file K3 and I-129F?

If all of those have the same person as beneficiary and you paid the fees to file all, you have wasted your money.

I think they mean they got a NOA1 for the K3. There is no money paid for a K3 though the form is a I-129F I believe.

My NOA1 date was the day before yours and I received my hardcopy in the mail here in Australia on 11th April (email notification on 30th March ... I didn't actually know my NOA1 date was earlier til my hardcopy arrived). . I would say there's a good chance the mailman has lost it. Is your receipt number online on the USCIS site to track?

I'd be contacting USCIS for another hardcopy if it's of concern to you... I don't know that it's vital to have though. Maybe someone else can advise on whether you "need" the hardcopy.
