NOA2 - July 19th

NVC Received - August 8th

They told me to check back at the end of the week, but I'm gonna call tomorrow.

Ppl day wait 14 +days, I'm sure we soon get thru

Any luck? I called earlier today and they put me on a list for the supervisor. Not sure what that means. But I guess i'm on a list :)

[Day 37 ] November 10 - Status changed to "Request for Initial evidence was mailed"

[Day 41 ] November 14 - Received RFIE notice

[Day 44 ] November 17 - Mailed off Response

[Day 47 ] November 21 - Status Changed to ''Response to USCIS request for evidence was received'

[Day 57 ] December 01 - Status changed to "Request for Initial evidence was mailed"

[Day 61 ] November 05 - Received RFIE notice

[Day 68 ] December 07 - Mailed off Response

I-765

[Day 1 ] October 4 - Status "Case was received"

[Day 1/57] December 01 - Form I-765 will be processed within 90 days of the receipt of the requested evidence :cry:

Hey. Called today and they told me the same thing. She notified her supervisor, so fingers crossed.

Give it tomorrow then. don't call to early, i called in the afternoon and mine was close to the 20th assigned...same thing happened to me. I called on the 15th day and they told me about putting me on a supervisor's list. I called the next day and got my case number (16th day)

but i have a question y is uscis and nvc is making tuff on us and y are not making all the services through portal and will be done with it

it will make it so eariser to upload the document thorugh portal and it will be done in timeless manner and more effiecient way they should considered this option for future cases the amount of money is charged is the amount is services is recieved is lacking their servies from nvc and uscis both

Not everyone submits their paper work by mail. if you check state department's website, it tells you which countries can submit electronically.

I'm sure there's a reason behind it . we can only hope that the bureaucratic wheels will turn faster for things to get through quickly.

Thank you andy50..im trying to call NVC but they never answered always busy...btw can anyone tell me what are the documents that i need to collect and those my wife needs to collect becuase im little bit confused , i dont know which ones i need and which one my wife needs to mail me ..thank you everyone and good luck ..

Dont listen to that agent you have your case number and invoice number you can start filling out the DS-261. Edited by MrsBurgz
