I file on 23 May. Uscis Approve on July 15 and July 29 nvc receive case. August 12 today nvc approve my expedite and send my case to the embassy.

Well you need to have a valid. Reason for request for example I have upcoming military deployment. But any of this reason work. Severe financial loss to company or individual

Extreme emergent situation

Humanitarian situation

Nonprofit status of requesting organization in furtherance of the cultural and social interests of the United States

Department of Defense or National Interest Situation (Note: Request must come from official United States Government entity and state that delay will be detrimental to our Government)

Hey, Felllow Marchers. Just phoned NVC to check if we'd been assigned a case number yet...USCIS mailed our petition on 27th July and NVC confirmed they received it on August 2nd. No case number yet, though . She told me, as I assumed, 2 weeks from date received, which will be tomorrow...so, fingers crossed we'll have one by the end of this week! Took about 12 minutes to get through! Best wishes to you all, whichever stage you are at .

My took 12 days working days to be assigned to do nvc expedite my case Is in transit to the embassy when ready I'll receive interview

FYI just want to keep you updated that i got approved today at potonac service center and i am rocking been longer wait is done and now the nvc process have been begin thanks and i appreciate your help and concern and good luck guys your is also on your way just keep an eye on post men

Hey guys finally my cas was approved by uscis on aug 12th , now im just waiting on nvc to mail me..is there anyone who can walk me through all steps with nvc coz its confusing on their website? .thnx

Kazero in a few day uscis will sent your stuff to nvc. It takes about a week to reach nvc after that it takes another 2 weeks to get case number and invoice number after you get the case number. Btw make sure to call nvc to get your case number. After that you can start doing agent of choice form ds-261 and after that you can start paying fees all the good stuff. Just get back to us when you have a your case number we will help you.

My case was approved July 19th and got an update from the app that it was sent to NVC the 2nd of August. Tomorrow will be two weeks, so I'm going to start calling down NVC. Only thing is the number I tried calling today won't go thru. What's the number u guys have been calling to reach NVC?
