wow..lucky you. I only had AOS available for payment. IV shows PAY NOW but when I click on it, there's no invoice to pay.

AOS shows paid. I want to get this last one done and take a break.

I sent the IV and AOS today.

Well my case was sent from Potomac Center and NVC received it on July 13 (USCIS sent it July 8) and it took them exactly two weeks to assign a case number at NVC, which i found out by calling them. They were able to provide me with the case number and IIN over the phone on July 27 (2 weeks from July 13). I was able to fill out DS-261 online on the night of July 27 going into July 28 (officially I submitted the form online July 28). I called today (july 28) to confirm but they told me to wait for the welcome letter. Which came later today (around 4:30 EST). Now I will pay the AOS fee and then hopefully by tomorrow or Monday (most likely) I will call and go over the DS-261 and pay the IV fee.

I hope that helps.

I have few questions to ask

1. Did you filed i-864 or i-864EZ

2. Did you submit the IRS Transcript for only 2015 or you did for 2014 and 2013 as well.

3. Did you send your employment latter when you filed.

4. Did you send your Passport or proof of citizenship

5. Did you send any pictures when you sent your IV-Package. Like marriage pictures or others.

Looking forward to hear back from you.

So here are my answers to your questions

1. Did you filed i-864 or i-864EZ.

I filed i-864 and I 864a. I 864ez is only for people who are the petitioner filling for one relative and using their own financial to meet the guidelines. I didn't fit the financial aspect because I am using a household members income to meet the guideline so I did both I 864 and I 864 a.

2. Did you submit the IRS Transcript for only 2015 or you did for 2014 and 2013 as well.

I did all 3 years for both aos forms.

3. Did you send your employment latter when you filed.

I used my household members paystub rather than the letter but some people do both or one or the other. It all depends.

4. Did you send your Passport or proof of citizenship

I showed my naturalization certificate.

5. Did you send any pictures when you sent your IV-Package. Like marriage pictures or others.

You do not need that so no I didn't. You need the pictures at the interview.

I hope that helps. Also on the side note I didn't send police certificate for the applicant or the immigrant because it was not needed for my case and I confirmed that with both us embassy in islamabad and nvc.

Approved!!!Finally!! Thanks God! 135 days, petition day is 30th of March, NCS. Good luck to all of you who's still waiting, just pray about it and it's gonna happen soon!

Now what should I do? Is there a link for nvc starters? And what should I start with? How long it usually takes from No2 to interview?
