My I-130 got approved! I just checked the app and it says approved 3rd August!! My NOA1 date was 24th March so it took 133 days... In a Nebraska filer.

That is great news. Congratulations !! That give me some positivity as i am on 129 days right now with PD 29th March. Lets hope for more approvals this week. Cheers.

Hey guys, I got approved today... im sooo excited. I wife filed my petition on the 23rd of March, 2016 and got approved 5th August. .. wow!!! So what next guys. ..

Hi buddies, i got approved yesterday but im in Ghana will I recieve a letter from NVC w hiles in Ghana... because my wife is rather in states. ... we used my street address in Ghana. .. so im askibg whether is possible for me to get a letter

They will send it to the address you provided. I am in NZ and receive my mail from USCIS here

I-130 Petition Process:

Sent petition to USCIS Chicago lockbox (via in-laws to put check in US$): 11 Mar, 2016

NOA1: 24 Mar, 2016 (email notification 30 Mar. Hardcopy 11 Apr)

Service Centre: NEBRASKA

NOA2: 3rd Aug 2016

Petition sent to NVC: 18th Aug 2016

NVC Stage

Case number assigned: 8th Sep 2016

Paid AOS Fee: 9th Sep 2016

Paid IV Fee: 14th Sep 2016

DS-260 submitted: 25th Jan 2017

AOS & IV Package sent: 25th Jan 2017

Expedite requested: 25th Jan 2017

Expedite approved (consulate only): 1st Feb 2017

Scan Date: 31st Jan 2017

Case Complete: 14th April 2017 (10 weeks 4 days)

Full expedite approved (bypass NVC to send file to embassy), however too late as I already had case complete 17th Apr 2017

We are at 131 days with PD 29th March at Nebraska. It looks like we are about to get approved very soon in the coming weeks. I wanted to know and get ready for the NVC stage. What pre preparations can i start right now to save my time after i get approved. Please provide helpful guidance on what do i need to prepare.
